Craziness At It's Best...

This is a crazy jump rope circuit a workout sister of mine found. I am going to give it a try and hope I don't die 5 times before I complete it one time. (I have to go buy my jump rope first lol).

It's as follows:

1 minute jump rope
25 burpees
1 minute jump rope
25 push-ups
1 minute jump rope
25 squats
1 minute jump rope
25 leg raises
1 minute jump rope
100 mountain climbers
1 minute jump rope
10 frog jumps
1 minute jump rope
40 walking lunges
1 minute jump rope
25 squats
1 minute jump rope
25 push-ups
1 minute jump rope
(Rest 2 minutes then repeat as needed)

Now my workout sister (who shall remain nameless at the moment) says to repeat like 2 or 3 times...She really tryna kill me 20 times
