Biggest Winner Breakfast Sausage This is a featured recipe taken from The Biggest Loser Cookbook by Chef Devin Alexander. I particularly love this sausage as part of breakfast sandwiches or chopped in omelets or other egg dishes. If you're eating it on its own, a bit more salt is advised (from a flavor standpoint) to make it taste like full-fat sausage that still has a small fraction of the fat and calories. You can do it, I had the same issue i love sweets and bread. I used to even put sugar on pasta, but once I realized what I was doing to my body I started to gradually make changes. Now I rarely crave bread and pasta. Sugar is still a battle especially on my cycle, but im pushing through.

ReplyDeleteSome things just have to be left alone...like my "monthly" snacks. I just HAVE to have cheesy, fried, goodness, I don't eat as much as I used to, but I still have to have it. Some fried cheese sticks, a slice of pizza, a cherry coke zero...something! I said that this was going to be my year to add the supplements! As soon as payday hits, I'm going to get me some multivitamins. Praying for yooooou....
